Be careful coming to Diamond Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. Why not go to nearby Camp Creek if you're here at Diamond Lake; if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend Pumice Beach. There's fine hiking along the Mount Bailey Trail; camping is available at Diamond Lake RV Park. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Diamond Lake; Tipsoo Trail is a tremendous local trail, and if you get       bored of Diamond Lake you could also have a look at close by Teal Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. Diamond Lake gets a large amount of water; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is July. Just can't get enough of the Southern Cascade Range. If you came for an overnight stay Lake Lucile Campground is a great site to camp. Summertime highs at Diamond Lake usually tend to                  be in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Diamond Lake temperatures descend to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Thielsen Creek Trail, and Diamond Lake is not the only place nearby, Horse Lake is a nearby lake. And that's not all you can do here in the Southern Cascade Range.
