This lake is so wonderful. Detroit Lake is a great site to camp, B and B Rentals is a great site, and Tumble Rock is an exciting thing to make out if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Detroit Lake is good fun, Detroit Lake State Park is a good local campground, and Lakeside Motel is a glorious location to get some rest. Detroit Lake is a reasonably wet place ordinarily with a good deal of rainfall; throughout       the month of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is July. For the duration of the months of summer here at Detroit Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Detroit Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. You clearly                  must fancy the Central Cascade Range. Knutson Saddle is a pleasant location to stop by nearby, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Elkhorn Creek. Man, is there lots of fun things to do in the Central Cascade Range. There is a brilliant hiking trail close to Detroit Lake called the French Creek Trail, and if you need a location to stay All Season's Motel is a perfect choice. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. The Volcano Trail is a magnificent hiking trail near Detroit Lake, and get drenched paddling on Santiam River - North. Detroit Dam has great water scenery and it's next to Detroit Lake, and Cumley Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit.
