This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Willamette River - Middle Fork is so much fun, and you'll hit upon a charming lake called Robberson Reservoir. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Eugene-Springfield here; why not camp at Chalet Village if you're here at Derr Pond. Having a great time in the Central Cascade Range is painless.       After a long day outdoors Super 8 Creswell is a great site to spend a night or two, and the Teeter Creek Loop is a great hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. A quick trip to Hills Creek in close proximity to Derr Pond is a perfect idea, and going for a hike on the Hardesty Trail is always a delightful adventure. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing things the area next to Derr Pond has to offer. If you're here at Derr Pond and                  you like golf, you can check out Emerald Valley Golf Club; get drenched paddling on Fall Creek. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Central Cascade Range has to offer. While you're here at Derr Pond, you could also check out beautiful Green Reservoir, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Eagles Rest Trail. Village Inn is a wonderful location to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Deerwood RV Park is a tremendous place to camp. Derr Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; during the month of December you get the most rain around here, and July is the month with the least moisture. At Derr Pond through the days of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's.
