Dennis Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; during the month of December you get the most rain around here while July is regularly the driest month. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Central Cascade Range will keep you coming back over and over. The skiing at Mt. Bachelor is good,       and get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Horse Creek. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Willamette Pass is just what you need. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area close to Dennis Lake has to offer. There's so much to do here at Dennis Lake that you need to camp here for a while, East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a great place for that; a pleasant tour to Cougar Flat is a great way to spend an                  afternoon. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Good hiking is available along the Lakeside Trail, and on a delightful day you obtain a perfect view of Irish Mountain from Dennis Lake. The warmest time of the year at Dennis Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Dennis Lake dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Packsaddle Mountain Trail, and Blaze Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a great time.
