Why not stop by Denley Reservoir if you're passing through these parts. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Coast Ranges has to offer. You can take a little trip to Denley Brothers Dam since you're here at Denley Reservoir, and a magnificent location to go to is Fraser Canyon. Denley Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Coast
Ranges. Summertime at Denley Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and overnight lows throughout the winter for Denley
Reservoir tend to be in the 30's. Denley Reservoir is a rather wet place generally with lots of rainfall; December is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Having a good
time in the Coast Ranges is trouble-free. A good nearby hotel is Sutherlin Inn, and Rock Creek is a perfect whitewater spot close by.
