This lake is so wonderful. Deschutes River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and don't leave Deer Lake without first paying a visit to Benz Spring. A nice spot to camp here at Deer Lake is East Lake Resort and RV Parks, and the snow is good at Mt. Bachelor. Deer Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. Deer Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of December is the wettest with most       of the rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Deer Lake. Looking for something near Deer Lake? Jay Lake is around here, and going for a hike on the Snowshoe Lake Trail is always a great adventure. Man, is there a load of enjoyable stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range.
