Deep Lake is a wet location that gets much rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. Warrior Rock is something you shouldn't miss while you're here at Deep Lake, and a brilliant swamp near Deep Lake is Cunningham Slough. Henrici Bar is a splendid place to take a look at near Deep Lake, and Lyons Beach is pretty close by if you're in a beach type of mood. There are other                  places here than Deep Lake, for example Cunningham Lake, and going for a hike on the Georges Peak Trail is always a splendid adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Deep Lake is glorious fun, Violette's Villa is a glorious local campground, and paddling on Kalama River is so much fun. So many cool things to do here at Deep Lake, too pleasant to be true. If you're dropping by Deep Lake from Longview-Kelso, you won't be the only one; if you need a site to stay Orcadia Hotel is a great choice. Deep Lake is a great site to camp, Columbia Riverfront RV Park is a great site; dry warm beds await you at Mc Cormick Hotel.
