    What a nice lake Davis Creek Reservoir is. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Davis Creek Reservoir; the overnight is quite chillier of course, frequently in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Davis Creek Reservoir are in the 10's. Going for a hike along the Black Canyon Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and if you fancy a little side trip, try Cougar Gulch. Around Davis Creek Reservoir  
   you don’t get a lot of rain; November is the month that gets the most rain, and September is the month with the least moisture.
This lake is so wonderful. A short journey to Buck Spring is always worthwhile; if you've had enough of Davis Creek Reservoir, Coyote Reservoir is nearby. Hiking along the South Prong Trail is perfect fun, and some nearby water includes Davis Creek. Davis Creek Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Blue Mountains.
