A visit to Curtis Lake is always a good idea. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the neighborhood of Curtis Lake. There's glorious hiking along the Main Creek Trail, of course you could also check out Glacier Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. The Martin Bridge Trail offers hiking at its best, and Curtis Lake is in the neighborhood of The Box which is undeniably worth visiting. Curtis Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wallowa

Just can't get enough of the Wallowa Mountains. Crater Lake Dam is not far at all from Curtis Lake, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a splendid choice. And if that's not enough there's heaps more amusing stuff to do in the Wallowa Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect nearby hotel is Baker City Super 8 Motel. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Krag Peak
can be seen from Curtis Lake, and a lake close by is Hidden Lake. Curtis Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Main Eagle Bridge Campground is a tremendous local campground; don't leave Curtis Lake without first going
for a hike along the Kettle Creek Trail.
Summertime at Curtis Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. During the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Curtis Lake.
