    Crowson Reservoir is a lake worth visiting. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Klamath River; Mt. Ashland has nice slopes and a friendly staff. Have a great hiking adventure along the Copper Trail, and possibly you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Lower Reservoir is just a very short distance away. A golf course right next door to Crowson Reservoir is Oak Knoll Golf Club; a short trip to Danns Spring is always worthwhile.
The Siskiyou Mountains
 
   scenery is always beautiful. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Siskiyou Mountains, not enough time. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Crowson Reservoir get into the 90's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Crowson Reservoir are in the 30's.
At Crowson Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; December is when you get the most
 
               rain here, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something near Crowson Reservoir? Granite Street Reservoir is in close proximity, and since you're here, you might as well take a look at Jemmison Gulch. This lake is so wonderful. US Forestry Department is a great campground nearby; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Bard's Inn.
No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Crowson Reservoir. Crowson Reservoir is a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Regency Inn and RV is a tremendous location to camp nearby, and it's a tremendous idea to stop at Ashland Creek. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Siskiyou Mountains. On a beautiful day you get a view of Ropers Bunion from Crowson Reservoir, and Ashland Springs Hotel is a nice location to get some rest. This location, the Siskiyou Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. While you're here at Crowson Reservoir you can take a hike along the Bear Creek Trail, and there's always Reeder Gulch Dam to stop at near Crowson Reservoir.
Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Crowson Reservoir. Take a hike on the Mount Ashland Trail, and you're sure to stumble upon some great folks from Medford here.

If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
