A visit to Crescent Lake is always a good idea. Crescent Lake is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. Man, is there a heap of amusing stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. One of the best things about Crescent Lake is its proximity to Nehalem Beach, and Kilchis River - North Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious close by hotel is Spindrift Inn, and whitewater paddling is great on Nehalem River.
This is

no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Manzanita Golf Course, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at South Jetty Nehalem Bay. There's some flowing water nearby, Clear Creek is a stream you can check out during your stay, and a good location to camp here at Crescent Lake is Brighton Marina & Recreational Vehicle. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Lytle is near
Crescent Lake, and there's good hiking along the Cannon Beach Trail.
During the warmest time of the year at Crescent Lake temperatures are frequently in the 60's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are commonly in the 50's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Crescent Lake descend into the 30's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Crescent Lake a wet place; most of the rain falls all through December, and August meanwhile is the driest month. You truly ought to love the Coast Ranges. Here at Crescent Lake you'll in all probability meet some folks from Astoria, and camping at Jetty Fishery is always a great experience.
If you love the outdoors, you'll like Crescent Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to go to some attention-grabbing stuff, go to Crab Rock, and if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Garibaldi is a nice choice. Spend the day on the beach at Sunset Beach if you're here at Crescent Lake, as expected you could also take a look at Nedonna Lake while you're here; it's not far at all.

MORE STUFF NEARBY:

Jetty Fishery
Jetty fishery gave a very pleasant place to stay with convenience of easy in and out boat launching, crab cooker and all the people there were pleasant compared to other places we have been, where we have had to pay extreme fee's, deposits etc. and the help were rude and the lines long. If you are looking for a place to just crab, fish or just be a beach bum, then this is the place to visit on the Oregon Coast!...

Nehalem River
18 miles away
Nehalem is great for tubing, summer. Dont keep valuables in cars while on the river Kkayaked last two years in mid june and itwas fun, nice camping. The road becomes gravel part way. Watch for log trucks! Wear a helmet. Lots of flooding this winter with new washouts and logs....The river gets very low in the late summer months (July August and September), and is wild and high in the winter. The difficulty of this river is very much dependant on the time of year. My fav river. :) sorry, no pic to add....
