A good spot to camp here at Crawfish Lake is Slim Chance Campground; the Bohemia Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Crawfish Lake is a wet spot that gets much rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. That right there is plenty already, but it carries on; Crawfish Lake has it all. Going for a hike on       the Canton Creek Trail is always a perfect adventure; Elephant Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore. Whitewater paddling is great on Brice Creek. Near Crawfish Lake you come across the Silica Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Oakridge Inn. Crawfish Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Moonstone Village Green Resort is a fine choice;                  a lake nearby is Lake Murphy. Camping at Casey's Riverside Park is always a nice experience, and the summit of Adams Mountain can be seen from Crawfish Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You might want to pay a visit to Utopian Saddle since you're here at Crawfish Lake, and get drenched paddling on Champion Creek. All through the warm months at Crawfish Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. During the winter the highs are typically in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Crawfish Lake. All year is a great time in the Central Cascade Range if you like the outdoors.
