What a nice lake Crane Lake is. You'll meet a lot of folks from Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Mc Cormick Hotel is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not stop by Aarons Lake. A glorious beach close to Crane Lake is Lyons Beach, and Salene Lake is a perfect place to check out. Don't miss out on a magnificent swamp; Crane Slough is right here at Crane Lake, and enjoy a round of golf at St Helens Golf Course. Having a glorious time at Crane Lake is painless. is reasonably close. Very great water scenery is available at Sauvie Island Dam close to Crane Lake. There's so much to do here at Crane Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sauvie Cove Store and RV Park is a fine place
for that. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Kalama River, and Crane Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Reeder Beach RV Park is a wonderful
local campground. The high level of rain makes Crane Lake a rather wet place; December is the month that gets the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. Some of the water close by flows, like Gilbert River; as expected, A spree to Fishtrap Shoal is always fun.
