    It's always fun to stop by Coyote Lake. The high level of precipitation makes Coyote Lake a reasonably wet location; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow, and July is when it's the driest. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Coyote Lake. A great location to camp here at Coyote Lake is White Pine Campground, and camping is available at Lake Of The woods Resort. Coyote Lake is one of the lakes here  
   in the Southern Cascade Range.
And that's not all the things you can do here in the Southern Cascade Range. Going for a hike along the South Pass Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and a glorious close by hotel is Rocky Point Station Lodging. You'll hit upon a wonderful lake called Lake Como near Coyote Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Klamath River.
For the period
 
               of the summer highs here at Coyote Lake get into the 60's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. All through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Coyote Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Running Y Ranch is a great place to get some rest, and hiking along the Varney Creek Trail is nice fun. So many amusing things in the Southern Cascade Range, just mind-boggling. Mount Carmine is a peak you can observe from Coyote Lake, and do take a hike on the Moss Creek Trail.
