of Cougar Reservoir, and the Tipsoo Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. Cougar Reservoir gets lots of water; November is when you get the most rain here while July is regularly the driest month. There is a delightful hiking trail
in the vicinity of Cougar Reservoir called the Frissell Point Trail, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blue River. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Cougar Reservoir
that you need to camp here for a while, Holiday Farm RV Resort is a wonderful place for that; Tokatee Golf Club is a golf course close by. Now, you may imagine that's plenty but there's even more fun things to do here in the Central
Cascade Range. Stay the night at Echo Campground, and going for a hike on the Gold Hill Trail is always a nice adventure.
