This lake is so wonderful. Deer Island Point is quite in the neighborhood of Cottonwood Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Goble Creek. Cottonwood
Lake truly is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Adams Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth going to; a tremendous nearby hotel is Best Western Oak Meadows Inn.
