Warner Canyon is a perfect local ski area, and there's splendid hiking along the Crane Mountain National Recreation Trail. You could also visit White Rock Reservoirs while you're here at Cory Reservoir; it's nearby, and Jones Creek is in the vicinity of Cory Reservoir and is always a delight to have a look at. Very great water scenery is available at White Rock Dam       in close proximity to Cory Reservoir, and why not camp at Mile High Trailer and RV Park while you're here at Cory Reservoir. All through the summertime months here at Cory Reservoir, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; during the dark hours in the winter at Cory Reservoir temperatures sink to the 20's.
