If you like lakes and you're in this part of Oregon you can check out Copper Lake. Throughout the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Copper Lake. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Copper Lake temperatures plunge to the 30's. Copper Lake; after a long day outdoors Oak Park Motel & Trailer Park is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff truly is bountiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Get your pulse rate up on the
magnificent whitewater of Santiam River - Little North, and going for a hike on the Pine Crest Trail is always a glorious adventure. You need to have a look at Picture Point since you're here at Copper Lake, and don't leave Copper
Lake without first going for a hike along the High Camp Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Mollala River - South Fork for all you adrenaline people; Mud Springs is always fun to check out. Man, is there loads of enjoyable things to do close to Copper Lake.
