Copper Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. This location, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. On a fine day at Copper Lake you can take a hike along the Winopee Lake Trail; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Willamette Pass while you're here. A tremendous location to camp here at Copper Lake is East Lake Resort and RV Parks, and Barbie Lakes is       a nearby lake that you could take a look at. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor is one of those things you just should do. Copper Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; during the month of December you get the most rain around here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Woodsman Country Lodge is a great place to get some rest; there are some great whitewater spots                  on Horse Creek. Why not camp at Upper Campground while you're here at Copper Lake, and there is a nice hiking trail nearby called the Snowshoe Lake Trail. Now, you may assume that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Copper Lake. The peak of Pillar Peak can be observed from Copper Lake, and close by you discover the Packsaddle Mountain Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail. At Copper Lake during the summer months highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
