Cochran Pond is a wet location that gets lots of rainfall; throughout the month of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is August. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. All through the summer months here at Cochran Pond, high temperatures typically reach the 60's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. For the duration of the       wintertime the highs are generally in the 50's while Cochran Pond overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Cedar Ridge is always a brilliant experience, and Wilson River - Devil's Lake Fork has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Coast Ranges. If you came to camp Keenig Campground is a fine site to do that; paddling on Wilson River - South Fork is                  so much fun.
