This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. Very wonderful water scenery is available at Firwood Veneer Corporation Dam in the neighborhood of Coburns Pond. There's so much to do here at Coburns Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Armstrong - Mount Hood National Forest is a good location for that. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bull Run, and       dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Gresham-Troutdale, Or. Coburns Pond is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. Coburns Pond is a pretty wet place typically with a great deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December, and July meanwhile is the driest month. And if that's not sufficient there's heaps more enjoyable stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. Getting to Beaver Creek from Coburns Pond is easy; while you're                  here you can take a hike along the Fanton Plaza Trail. After a long day outdoors Best Western Sandy Inn is a great place to spend a night or two, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Old Baldy Trail. For the period of the warmest time of the year highs here at Coburns Pond reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Coburns Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Camp Creek - Mount Hood National Forest is a pleasant spot to do that. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Eagle Creek Cutoff, and Coburns Pond is not the only spot nearby, Flashboard Reservoir is a nearby lake. Now, you may believe that's heaps but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Central Cascade Range.
