Going for a hike on the Rocky Point Trail is always a brilliant adventure;       if you have time, Crater Lake National Park is a national park worth taking a look at. Cloud Lake Group is a beautiful lake in the Southern Cascade Range. Cloud Lake Group usually gets a lot of rain; the month with most of the snow is December, and July is when it's the driest. Hemlock Lake Campground is a brilliant campground nearby; here at Cloud Lake Group you can see Pelican Butte. During the summer months highs here at Cloud Lake Group get into the                  60's with overnight lows in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Cloud Lake Group dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Near Cloud Lake Group you stumble on the Pelican Butte Trail which is a great hiking trail; if you need a spot to stay Klamath Falls Super 8 Motel is a fine choice. There are wonderful spots to discover along the Cold Spring Trail, and Lake Francis is a nearby lake that you could check out.
