If you are in Linn county it's always a good idea to stop by Clear Lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the vicinity of Clear Lake. At Carmen Diversion Dam close to Clear Lake there are some interesting things to see; Clear Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Tombstone Prairie Campground is a fine local campground. | | can never get enough of the great skiing at Hoodoo. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Throughout the summertime months, highs regularly are in the 80's at Clear Lake with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Clear Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. place to get some rest. That right there is a heap of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Central Cascade Range has it all. Going for a hike along the Crescent Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty
of this area, and a great place to camp here at Clear Lake is Patio RV Park. Take a hike on the Smith Prairie Trail, and Underwater Forest is an exciting thing to see since you're here. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day
to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Central Cascade Range. Hiking along the Anderson Ridge Trail is tremendous fun, and Great Spring is an inspiring spot to explore while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. After a
long day outdoors Detroit Motel is a perfect place to spend a night or two, and don't miss out on a good swamp; Beaver Marsh is right here at Clear Lake. Clear Lake frequently gets a lot of rainfall; December is the wettest month
with most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Marion Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Fish Lake Creek.
