A tremendous place to camp here at Classen Reservoir is Mulkey RV Park; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Mill Creek. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Classen Reservoir highs are ordinarily in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at       Classen Reservoir. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll love Classen Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Cross Creek Golf Course not far from Classen Reservoir, and not far from Classen Reservoir you'll come across Aebi Reservoir which is a striking lake. If you need a site to stay Best Western Dallas Inn & Suites is a good choice, and Hoekstre Slough is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. Classen Reservoir                  is a wet place that gets a great deal of rain; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Man, is there a load of enjoyable stuff to do in the Coast Ranges.
