Stay the night at Bandon RV Park, and if you want to hit the beach, Merchants Beach is in close proximity. Through the months of summer highs here at Chrome Lake reach the 60's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Chrome Lake temperatures dip to the 30's. All the water falling       down from the sky makes Chrome Lake a wet place; most of the rain falls during December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Chrome Lake is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool stuff just keep reading. Chrome Lake is not far at all from Coos Bay, and a spree to Whisky Run Beach is always a splendid idea. This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to The Lagoon since you're                  here at Chrome Lake; it's close by; you are in close proximity to Fivemile Point if you're here.
