Oregon has many beautiful lakes and Cheval Lake is one of them. Cheval Lake is pretty dehydrated commonly; the month with most of the rain is May; July is the month with the least moisture. Having a good time at Cheval Lake is trouble-free. From Cheval Lake you get a pleasant view of Minam Peak; the Bowman Trail offers hiking at its best. Since you're here at Cheval Lake why not go to Granite Gulch, and if you get bored of Cheval Lake you could also explore nearby Long Lake. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is located in the wonderful Wallowa Mountains. Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's
even more cool things to do here in the Wallowa Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Baker City Super 8 Motel. At Cheval Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and night lows in the 20's for Cheval Lake.
