Having a great time at Center Lake is painless. Stay the night at Hemlock Lake Campground, and Bert Lake is a glorious lake nearby. Saddle Campground is a great campground nearby; lakes are such calm sites, why not check out Island Lake. Center Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on       the Red Lake Trail is always a great adventure, and why not a little side trip to Long Creek. On a great day at Center Lake you can take a hike along the Four Mile Lake Trail, and from Center Lake you acquire a great panorama of Lost Peak. Center Lake is located in the Southern Cascade Range. And that's not everything you can do here in the Southern Cascade Range. Crater Lake National Park is one of the destinations in close proximity to Center Lake that are                  nice to go to. So many cool things in the Southern Cascade Range, just incredible. There is a magnificent hiking trail in the neighborhood of Center Lake called the Lost Peak Trail, and don't leave Center Lake without first paying a visit to Christis Spring. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Center Lake highs are usually in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
