Reservoir is right by the Pine Crest Trail. Clear Creek is a good whitewater spot near Cedar Reservoir; hiking along the High Camp Trail is wonderful fun.
This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Throughout
the summertime here at Cedar Reservoir, high temperatures generally get into the 80's with night lows in the 50's. All through the winter highs are regularly in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Cedar Reservoir. This lake is
so wonderful. You're probably hooked on lakes, Horning Reservoir is one of those close by, and a magnificent close by hotel is Best Western Sandy Inn.
Cedar Reservoir gets a great deal of water; December is when you get the most rain here, and July is the month with the least moisture.
