Lakes are tremendous; Pear Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Carey Lake. Carey Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; during November this area sees the most rain; July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Crater       Lake National Park is worthwhile, and not far from Carey Lake you'll hit upon Dee Lake which is a beautiful lake. Just can't get enough of the Southern Cascade Range. Why not camp at Upper South Fork Campground while you're here at Carey Lake; there are splendid places to explore along the Blue Canyon Trail. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Carey Lake is peerless! A journey to Christis Spring will fill your spirit with delightful feelings, and                  don't leave Carey Lake without first going for a hike along the Blue Rock Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Cascade Range. Summer at Carey Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Carey Lake.
