Do schedule some time to stop at Bayocean Peninsula in the vicinity of Cape Meares Lake if you have a chance, and one of the best things about this place is its proximity to Short Beach. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay The Old Mill RV Park and Event Center is a great spot to camp, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Alderbrook Golf Course. This lake       is so wonderful. This is a good neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Smith Lake is a lake close by; soar down the rapids of Kilchis River - North Fork in a kayak. Flower Pot is a magnificent site to pop by while in the vicinity; you can spend the day on the beach at Agate Beach. Through the long summer days at Cape Meares Lake temperatures are commonly in the 60's, and the night is quite cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs                  are usually in the 50's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Cape Meares Lake. Cape Meares Lake is located in the Coast Ranges. Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. Cape Meares Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest month is August.
