Many people like to go to Cache Lake. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Cascade Range. Cache Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Cold Springs Resort is a great local campground, and you can run the rapids of Marion Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Near Cache Lake you hit upon the Round Lake Trail which is a great hiking trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mt. Bachelor if you're

| | here. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is bountiful here in the Central Cascade Range. If you came to camp Suttle Lake Resort and Marina is a great place to do that; dry warm beds await you at Five Pine Lodge. So much entertaining stuff to do at Cache Lake, so little time. Western Ponderosa Lodge is a good place to spend a night or two, and Squaw Creek is a good whitewater spot nearby. Cache Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. Going for a hike on the Little Lake Trail is always a splendid
adventure, and Cache Lake is not the only site nearby, Blue Lake is a nearby lake. Cache Lake gets lots of water; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is July. All through the warm months at Cache
Lake highs are mostly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Cache Lake tend to be in the 20's.
What would winter be without some skiing at Hoodoo, and Link Creek is near Cache Lake and is always a pleasure to explore.
