    If you are in Lincoln county it's always a good idea to stop by Buttermilk Lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Buttermilk Lake. Paddling on Alsea River - North Fork is so much fun, and you'll stumble on a gorgeous lake called Bradish Lake. Now, you may imagine that's a lot but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Coast Ranges. Do pop by Moser Pond next to Buttermilk Lake, it's a pretty lake; camping  
   at Fir Ridge Camp Grounds is always a nice experience. For the duration of the months of summer here at Buttermilk Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Buttermilk Lake dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. School Hill is easy to spot from Buttermilk Lake, and Buttermilk Lake is a
 
               place with many visitors from Corvallis. Some nearby water includes Austin Creek, and the Horse Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. Buttermilk Lake is located in the Coast Ranges.
Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Coast Ranges rules!. Whitewater paddling is great on Siletz River, and camping is available at Big Elk Campground. Buttermilk Lake is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rain; throughout December this area sees the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
