Butte Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. This place, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors cool stuff. A journey to Mud Springs will fill your soul with wonderful feelings, and drift down the rapids of Santiam River - Little North in a kayak. So many amusing things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway       Inn Sublimity, and you can go for a hike on the Baty Silver King Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Dakota is a wonderful spot to camp, and if you're here you can play some golf at Elkhorn Valley Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Butte Lake. Some nearby water includes Fibre Creek; going for a hike on the Pine Crest Trail is always a magnificent adventure. The                  warmest time of the year at Butte Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Butte Lake. Get dripping wet paddling on Mollala River - South Fork; at Butte Lake you can distinguish Dog Rock. Butte Lake usually gets a large amount of rainfall; during December this area sees the most rain; July meanwhile is the driest month.
