Camping at Burns Reservoir is fine fun, Dovre Campground is a fine local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Fan Creek Campground while you're here at Burns Reservoir; paddling on Yamhill River - South is so much fun. Burns Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. Float down the rapids of Mill Creek in a kayak, and Paragon Motel is a good site to get some       rest. And if that's not sufficient there's loads more entertaining stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. There's some flowing water close by, Cockerham Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Dallas Inn & Suites is a tremendous choice. Summertime at Burns Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and the overnight is a bit colder of course, commonly in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets                  highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Burns Reservoir.
