Bump Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. So many exciting things to do here in the Coast Ranges, too splendid to be true. The vista of Red Slide Hill from Bump Reservoir is pretty; a pleasant spot nearby is Big Canyon. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Stay the night at Big Eddy County Park; playing golf is lots of fun at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club Ghost Creek.       This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Rock Creek. Bump Reservoir mostly gets a large amount of rainfall; December is when you get the most rain here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Bump Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Washington County Fair Grounds; Econo Lodge Hillsboro is a great site to get some rest. Fern Spring is always fun to check out; whitewater                  paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Nehalem River. Man, is there lots of fun stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. Take a side visit to Denny Creek, of course you could also visit Dam Site Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all. Throughout the warm months, highs generally are in the 70's at Bump Reservoir, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Bump Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
