If you like lakes and you're in this part of Oregon you can check out Bump Lake. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Hiking along the Fish Lake Trail is nice fun, and Cub Spring is a fine local attraction. This lake is so wonderful. Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. The slopes of Hoodoo are so inviting nobody can resist, and if you came for an overnight stay Trout Lake Campground

| | is a great place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is delightful here at Bump Lake, you can go for a hike along the Cub Creek Trail. Lakes are tremendous; Averill Lake is a lake that's next to Bump Lake. The high level of precipitation makes Bump Lake a relatively wet location; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is mostly the driest month. Potato Butte from Bump Lake, and a magnificent site for whitewater paddling is Collawash River. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area in close proximity to Bump Lake has to offer. Going for a hike along
the Wolf Spring Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; camping is available at Lemiti Campground. Through the summertime here at Bump Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's. Summer night lows
fall down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Bump Lake. That right there is heaps of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Central Cascade Range has it all. Visit Bump Creek if you're here at Bump Lake, and Clackamas River is a splendid whitewater spot close by.
