Oregon has many beautiful lakes and Buck Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. There's fine hiking along the Skyline Alternate Trail, and Clackamas River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by. All the water falling down from the sky makes Buck Lake a wet place; through December this area sees the most rain; the driest month is July. Buck Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. You could also go to Anvil Lake since you're here at Buck

nearby lakes? Sure, Dinger Lake is just a very short distance away. During the long summer days at Buck Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, generally in the 50's. For the
duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's while Buck Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's.
