Buchanan Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. Summer at Buchanan Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Buchanan Reservoir dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Mill Creek is so much fun, and a lake nearby is Hamilton Reservoir.

| | All the outdoors cool stuff in the Coast Ranges will keep you coming back again and again. A tremendous place to have a look at near Buchanan Reservoir is Staats Hollow; there are plenty of folks from Corvallis here.

Reservoir is Ash Creek Mobile Park, and Holiday Inn Express Corvallis-On The River, Or is a fine location to get some rest. So much amusing stuff to do here at Buchanan Reservoir, too magnificent to be true. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Marys River; camping is available at Driftwood - Siuslaw National Forest.
