And if that's not enough there's heaps more cool things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Marion Creek; a fine place like Kuckup Park here at Breitenbush Lake is too wonderful to miss. This lake is so wonderful. Breitenbush Lake is a nice place to camp, Lemiti Campground is a nice place, and going for a hike along the South Breitenbush Trail will       let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Just can't get enough of the Central Cascade Range. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Hoodoo, and hiking along the Cub Creek Trail is pleasant fun. Have a good hiking adventure along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 22; if you need a spot to stay Lodge at Suttle Lake is a splendid choice. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Breitenbush Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold                  days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Breitenbush Lake. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Collawash River. Lakes? Sure, Lake Alice is close by. Breitenbush Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. On a wonderful day you get a view of Campbell Butte from Breitenbush Lake, and camping at Breitenbush Lake is good fun, Trout Lake Campground is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful.
