If you came to camp Upper Campground is a fine location to do that, and why not head up to Willamette Pass and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. The panorama of Irish Mountain from Brahma Lake is stunning, and there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Packsaddle Mountain Trail. Summertime at Brahma Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures       are in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Brahma Lake are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Cougar Flat revitalizes the spirit. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. A day on the slopes of Mt. Bachelor is just what you need, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend McKenzie River - South Fork. Just can't get enough                  of Brahma Lake. There's so much to do here at Brahma Lake that you need to camp here for a while, East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a great location for that, and nearby you stumble on the Lakeside Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail.
