Do stop by Bounds Reservoir while you're in this part of Oregon. The Southern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Southern Cascade Range, not sufficient time. The Bear Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and camping is available at Glenyan Campground Of Ashland. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Emigrant Lake; pleasant water scenery is available at Emigrant Dam next

Bounds Reservoir gets very little rainfall; December is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is July. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. A round of golf at nearby Ashland City Golf Course is a great way to kill some time, and Windmill Inn And Suites Of Ashland is a good place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. the Mount Ashland Trail, and a good location to have a look at close by is Burns Gulch.
That right there is heaps already, but it goes on; Bounds Reservoir has it all. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites
Ashland, Or is a splendid place to spend a night or two; if you came for an overnight stay US Forestry Department is a fine site to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Bounds Reservoir, you'll discover Merriman Reservoir
which is a wonderful lake; you can never get enough of the splendid skiing at Mt. Ashland. This lake is so wonderful.
There's fine hiking along the Copper Trail, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by
Medford. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Southern Cascade Range. You are in the vicinity of Helms Cove since you're here at Bounds Reservoir; get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of Jenny Creek. At Bounds
Reservoir during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Bounds Reservoir night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are
in the 20's.
The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Middle Spring; there's some flowing water nearby, Cattle Creek is a stream you can have a look at while here. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is abundant here in
the Southern Cascade Range. You can run the rapids of Klamath River in the neighborhood of Bounds Reservoir, and a splendid sight of beautiful Dunn Butte is available.
