At Botens Reservoir you always meet someone from Klamath Falls, and paddling on Klamath River is so much fun. Botens Reservoir gets very little rainfall; during the month of December you get the most snow around here, and July is when it's the driest. Botens Reservoir is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Round Lake Golf and Mobile Estates is a pleasant local campground; a brilliant       nearby hotel is Olympic Lodge. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable things just keep reading. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff truly is bountiful here in the Southern Cascade Range. The South Pass Lake Trail is a nice hiking trail next to Botens Reservoir, and if you need a place to stay South Entrance Motel is a magnificent choice. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Botens Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while,                  Greensprings RV and Mobile Home is a perfect spot for that, and nearby you come across the Moss Creek Trail which is a good hiking trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. All through the summertime at Botens Reservoir highs are mostly in the 60's. Through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's.
