    The beauty of Bone Mountain Pond is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. If you're keen on cool geologic traits, try Elbow Point, and swing by Cabin Creek it's a good place to take a look at. You'll meet a lot of folks from Coos Bay here. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Bone Mountain Pond has to offer, you can camp at Bear Creek Campground. There's so much to do here at Bone Mountain Pond that you need to camp here for a while,  
   Laliberte RV Park is a magnificent spot for that.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Coast Ranges. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bone Mountain Pond; Bear Camp Trail is a good local trail, and you can run the rapids of Coquille River - South Fork. Bone Mountain Pond is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges. All through the summer months at Bone Mountain Pond temperatures are usually in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
 
               Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's; night lows at Bone Mountain Pond during the wintertime usually dip into the 30's.
Bone Mountain Pond gets a good deal of water; the month with most of the rain is December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
