A visit to Bone Lake is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. Cache Mountain is clearly visible from Bone Lake; if you come at the right time of year, Squaw Creek offers some brilliant whitewater. That right there is loads of amusing things already but it goes on, the Central Cascade Range has it all. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Round Lake Trail, and after a long day outdoors Lodge at Suttle Lake is a tremendous place to spend a night

| | or two. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Bone Lake with nighttime lows in the 40's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Bone Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Suttle Lake Resort and Marina is a glorious local campground, and it's a perfect idea to stop by Link Creek. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Hoodoo since you're here, | |

and you're probably addicted to lakes, Torso Lake is one of those nearby. That right there is a heap already, but it goes on; Bone Lake has it all. Nearby lakes? Sure, Dollar Nine Lake is near Bone Lake, and Black Butte Resort is
a good campground nearby. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Central Cascade Range. Soar down the rapids of Marion Creek in a kayak; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Ponderosa
Lodge. While you're here at Bone Lake you can take a hike along the South Loop Cut Off. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor is one of those things you just have to do, and do take a hike on the Cache Lake Trail. Bone Lake is located in the
Central Cascade Range. The high level of precipitation makes Bone Lake a rather wet place; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that rains the most, and July is when it's the driest.
