Why not stop by Blue Lake if you're passing through these parts. After a long day outdoors Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a great place to spend a night or two; Main Eagle Bridge Campground is a great campground here. At Blue Lake throughout the months of summer highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Blue Lake. Not much rain falls here

This lake is so wonderful. Minam Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and if you've had enough of Blue Lake, Little Pop Lake is close by. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wallowa Mountains. RV Park is a good place. Near Blue Lake you hit upon the Trail Creek Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and at Blue Lake you can catch a glimpse of Brown Mountain.
And that's not all you can do here at Blue Lake. The Copper
Creek Trail is a great hiking trail in close proximity to Blue Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Baker City Super 8 Motel. These mountains rock, just check out all the entertaining things to do in the Wallowa Mountains. If the
weather is delightful here at Blue Lake, you can go for a hike along the Main Creek Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wallowa Mountains.
