A brilliant close by hotel is Best Western Inn & Suites. This lake is located in the wonderful Coast Ranges. Blue Lake usually gets a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls through December; the driest month is August. Take a side trip to Bathtub Creek, and why not camp at Keenig Campground if you're here at Blue Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Wilson River - West Fork of North Fork has a good whitewater paddling       spot close by; Red Rock Hill can be observed from Blue Lake. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff truly is abundant here in the Coast Ranges. Paddling on Wilson River - North Fork is so much fun, and camping at Blue Lake is splendid fun, Dovre Campground is a splendid local campground. All through the months of summer highs here at Blue Lake get into the 60's while night lows are usually in the 50's.
