A visit to Blue Lake is always a good idea. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Blue Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. So much cool stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. While you're here at Blue Lake you can take a hike along the Swift Creek Trail, and of course, this is a good vicinity for people who like

| | lakes, Corrigan Lake is a lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is perfect here at Blue Lake, you can go for a hike along the Pinto Mountain Way, and you're possibly addicted to lakes, Happy Lake is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful. Willamette Pass is a very popular ski area around here, and a splendid close by hotel is Best Western Oakridge Inn. This location, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors cool stuff. | |

Why not check out close by Scout Creek while you're here at Blue Lake; Blue Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Lucile Campground is a fine local campground. Summertime highs at Blue Lake generally tend to be in
the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Blue Lake. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Blue Lake.
Going for a hike along the Diamond Peak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and if you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hills Creek. Whitewater paddling is magnificent
on Salt Creek. There's so much to do here at Blue Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Shelter Cove Resort is a glorious location for that.
