Going for a hike on the Gearhart Trail is always a perfect adventure; Withers Dam is stunning. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Why not camp at Summer Lake Hot Springs since you're here at Blue Lake, and if you want to go to some attention-grabbing stuff, go to Monument Rock. This lake is so wonderful. Potts Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and camping is available at North Creek Campground. Blue Lake is pretty dry usually; December is when you get the most rain here, and
the driest of the months is July. The warmest time of the year at Blue Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 40's while Blue Lake night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's.
