Throughout the warm days of summer here at Blue Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, typically in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's; nighttime lows at Blue Lake during the wintertime typically drop into the 20's. On a fine day at Blue Lake you can take a hike along the Boulder Spring Trail; if you came to camp North Creek Campground       is a wonderful place to do that. It is very dried out here at Blue Lake regularly; during December this area sees the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Dairy Creek Campground is always a great experience, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Gearhart Trail. The Southern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Southern Cascade Range.                  After a long day outdoors Interstate 8 Motel Lakeview is a good site to spend a night or two; the Whisky Spring Trail is a fine hiking trail nearby.
