Don't leave Billy Lake without first going for a hike along the Minniece Point Trail, and there are fine places to explore along the Snow       Peak Mill City Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Menears Bend Campground is a splendid campground here, and dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Sublimity. Billy Lake is a wet spot that gets a good deal of rain; most of the rain falls through December; July is when it's the driest. All through the warm months, highs usually are in the 80's at Billy Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the                  40's, and night lows at Billy Lake during the winter ordinarily dip into the 30's. You clearly ought to like Billy Lake.
